Terms of Use

1. Use of the App

Jumpy Blocks is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use.

You must use the App lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
• use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
• interfere with the operation, security, or performance of the App;
• use bots, scripts, cheats, hacks, or unauthorised tools to manipulate gameplay;
• infringe our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.

2. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use Jumpy Blocks on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to Jumpy Blocks, including its graphics, gameplay design, user interface, code, branding, characters, icons, and other content.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in Jumpy Blocks belongs to us or our licensors.

You may not use our name, logo, game assets, screenshots, characters, or branding for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

4. In-App Purchases

Jumpy Blocks may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple's payment terms, refund rules, and subscription management processes apply.

We do not control Apple's payment processing or refund decisions.

5. Subscriptions

If Jumpy Blocks offers subscriptions, your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with Apple's App Store subscription rules.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

Deleting the App does not automatically cancel a subscription.

6. Updates and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Jumpy Blocks at any time.

We may also release updates to fix bugs, improve performance, add features, or remove features.

Some features may not be available on all devices or operating system versions.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Jumpy Blocks available and working properly, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

8. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jumpy Blocks is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the App will meet your expectations, be free from bugs, or operate without interruption.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights, remedies, guarantees, or protections you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

Where we are permitted to limit our liability, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of Jumpy Blocks.

This includes loss of data, loss of device functionality, loss of profits, or loss of enjoyment, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. User Content

If the App allows you to submit, upload, or create content in the future, you are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others.

At present, Jumpy Blocks does not require users to upload personal content.

12. Third-Party Services

Jumpy Blocks may rely on third-party services, including Apple services, analytics, crash reporting, hosting, or other technical providers.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Jumpy Blocks if you breach these Terms or use the App in a way that may harm us, other users, or the operation of the App.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will apply from the date it is published. Your continued use of Jumpy Blocks after the Terms are updated means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

You agree that the courts of Victoria, Australia have jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Jumpy Blocks.
